Busy Bee

I sure have been busy as a bee lately. I have started new sketches, finished up my newly redesigned website, been painting backgrounds on some of my new projects, deciding on projects to start and finish, writing down and doing tumbnail sketches of new ideas, organizing my projects, sending orders out, and working on and selling art for eBay.

I will probably have to break down and by a scanner real soon. I can't hardly get my scanner to work. I think it has a short in it, but I will use it until I save enough money to buy a better one.

I have been wanting to get back into some Fine Art lately, but haven't found the time to get started on it. I know I will have to wait until I get some of these other projects out of the way. I have a really big Noah's Ark sketch I need to finish. I can wait to start it in color.

Here's some new art I have put on eBay

"A Hidden Path" will be up for Auction starting tonight
A Hidden Paradise

"Light House" was sold not to long after I listed it last night, I'm very happy about this sale.

Until next time

Busy

I've been so busy this week working on redesigning my site. It will have a wine color background with gold graphics. When I first started building it, it was going to be gray and then when I almost got it finished, I felt that it wasn't me, so I started over again. So I hope to get it finished sometime soon. I still have a lot of artwork to finish for it. I do though have enough art to release on this site until I get the rest finished. I think I'm going to work on finishing up designing the site then release it along with the art I have completed.

This past weekend I had a booth at the Forest Festival in Elkins, W.V. I met some of the nicest people there. I have so much fun when I do shows. My husband, Roy was a really big help, even though he picked on me the whole time doing the weekend. There was a women across from me that did glass etching with a drimell tool. It was so neat. I had a blast talking to all the crafters and artists. I hope to see all of them again at another show.
