Happiness

It's been a long time since I posted in this blog. It's hard keeping up with everything when your body slows down from pregnancy. I've been very happy though... The happiest I've been in a long time. The baby is growing and has started to kick. I will find out what I'm having soon. I still have some morning sickness here and there.

I've only been working on art when I feel like it. I quit trying to push my art and I feel like I'm more creative. Before I started selling art I used to create art for the love of creating it. I have got back to that again. I love my art again and creating it. I feel like God knew that if he blessed my womb it would not only breath life to my child, but me as well. God and my family is the root of my happiness and this is my true treasure.

My little boy, Jozi has started to get into drawing. I thought he wasn't going to be into art, but a few weeks ago he said he wanted to draw. He's been drawing like crazy ever since. He likes to draw cars and trucks.

I'm working on my new piece, "Alabaster Box". It should be finished around the beginning of December. I'm not sure what I'm doing for my next project, but I might try a Native American Angel. It all depends on what I feel like working on.
